Feel Again
The warm feel of slipping back to reality,
like a landslide, the fire begins to burn,
rushing up my sides, tickling me.
Filling me with sweetness.
It overwhelmed me in an instant,
the fire flashing, vibrant colors,
then it diminished to a low hum
deep within my heart...
It trickles in little by little,
filling me up. My cup overflows.
The warmth never leaves,
and I don't want it to.
Surreality is cold and numb.
I don't want it. I don't want it.
The barren season has gone... and reality brings warmth.....
like a landslide, the fire begins to burn,
rushing up my sides, tickling me.
Filling me with sweetness.
It overwhelmed me in an instant,
the fire flashing, vibrant colors,
then it diminished to a low hum
deep within my heart...
It trickles in little by little,
filling me up. My cup overflows.
The warmth never leaves,
and I don't want it to.
Surreality is cold and numb.
I don't want it. I don't want it.
The barren season has gone... and reality brings warmth.....
