A Liar's Tales

She sees shadows where there are none.
Her eyes of truth are blanketed by lies.
She cannot see in the darkness,
So She grapples about with the wall,
And all that She can feel becomes Her reality.
She has no hope of light from inside Her.
She is lost and broken,
And to be pitied.

She exists to make Her opinion known,
And to hold it fast when She lacks foundation.
She stands on the edge of Hell gazing into the fiery depths and sees nothing,
Only darkness.
For She is blind, and apart from Christ She will never see.
Every day She edges closer, moving toward death,
Certain torture, and punishment.
Scrambling at the wall, trying to find a foothold where there is none.

I cry out in fear and I am broken hearted,
Because not only does She waste Her own, but along the way She is taking others' lives.
And so I weep, and pray for God to make Her see.
I cry out,
"Oh God! Please be kind!"

I like this a lot, both the content and the style. It's like...prose poetry? However you'd classify it, I really like it.
